சின்னசேலம் தாலுகாவில் பாண்டியங்குப்பம், தகரை, கல்லாநத்தம் உள்ளிட்ட 85 கிராமங்கள் உள்ளது. கரும்பு, மரவள்ளி, மக்காசோளம், கருவேப்பிலை பயிரிடுகின்றனர்.
குறைந்த செலவு அதிக லாபம் உள்ளிட்ட காரணங்களால் கருவேப்பிலை பயிரிடுவதில் அதிகளவில் ஆர்வம் காட்டுகின்றனர்.

கருவேப்பிலை ஒரு முறை நடவு செய்தால் 10 ஆண்டுகள் வரை அறுவடை செய்யலாம்.

மரமாக வளர 2 முதல் 5 மீட்டர் இடைவெளியில் நடவு செய்ய வேண்டும்.

குத்தாக பயிரிடுவதற்கு 1 முதல் 2 மீட்டர் இடை வெளியில் நடவு செய்ய வேண்டும்.

வாரத்திற்கு ஒரு முறை தண்ணீர் விட்டால் போதுமானது.

நடவு செய்த 7 மாதத்தில் இருந்து அறுவடை செய்ய முடியும்.
மாதத்திற்கு 2 முறை அறுவடை செய்யலாம்.

அறுவடை செய்யும் போது 10 செ.மீ., அளவு விட்டு அறுவடை செய்ய வேண்டும்.

ஒரு கிலோ 30 முதல் 40 ரூபாய்க்கு விற்கப்படுகிறது.

விழா காலங்களில் கூடுதல் விலைக்கு விற்கப்படுகிறது.
